Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Sales with daily oversight/activities at the direction of designated Regional Sales Manager(s).
EAM-Mosca Corporation, Hazle Township PA, a dynamic market leader in end-of-line packaging solutions, is seeking a highly motivated individual as a key contributor to the commercial sales team. The Sales Support Specialist oversees follow-up communication with potential customers, documenting progress on opportunities, and working together with the Regional Sales Manager in the analysis of opportunities and delivery of results. In addition, this person will be a key player in the sales process, assisting the Regional Sales Manager in the presentation, negotiation and documentation of opportunities and sales to prospective clients and key accounts.

This position is designed to groom future field sales personnel for EAM-Mosca Corporation - promotion from Sales Support Specialist to Regional Sales Manager may require relocation.

Role and Responsibilities:
Prospecting new customers and target industries.
Conduct customer visits, follow-up calls and monitor sales process from start to closing.
Provide broad administrative/organizational sales support within EAM-Mosca.
Inform Regional Sales Manager of new business opportunities in the area.
Provide customer portfolio and business relationship management within Salesforce CRM.
Analyze the packaging requirements of potential and/or current customers.
Prepare technical/economic proposals (TCO), conduct sales presentations and follow-up.
Represent EAM-Mosca in a highly professional manner on customer visits, as well as at live and virtual meetings and events.
Profile and Background:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or engineering background preferred.
B2B sales experience a plus.
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - MS SharePoint and Teams experience a plus.
Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with individuals on all levels within an organization.
Team oriented, highly adaptable and able to balance priorities and timelines.
