EAM-Mosca Corp, a dynamic innovation driven market leader in the area of end of line packaging
automation is seeking to hire a Product Manager for its growing consumable business. The individual in this
role will be responsible for leading all products as well as providing technical and administrative
support in the consumable equipment sales cycle.

enjoys a blue-chip client base of highly successful North American manufacturing companies and has a

tfolio of products applicable to a variety of end use markets. The key to the ongoing success of the
business is a system-based sales portfolio featuring standard/custom engineered packaging machinery
solutions and a consumable packaging product; complimented by quality technical service and readily
available aftermarket parts.


Roles and Responsibilities
Lead buiness development of consumable projects together with Regional Sales Managers
(US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and others).
Collaborate with customers to develop solu
tions, ensuring product meets technical
specifications, performance expectations, and budget constraints
Collaborate with Engineering and Regional Sales Managers to clearly document machine
project requirements and specifications.
Participate in on-site project meetings, as necessary, to ensure project alignment.
Collaboration with Mosca Headquarter for special solutions.

Respond to RFQ s, generate costing, provide and follow-up on question’s via CRM tools.
Acts as packaging equipment Subject-Matter-Expert
Provides technical project assessment
Provides technical support to internal and external customers. Follow issues through to
resolu
tion or escalates as appropriate.
Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Deliver technical sales training to enhance product and process skills of RSM
Organize and maintain CRM pipeline data; Keep forecas
ting current.
Create and maintain administrative support documents and project files.
Profile and Background:
· Bachelor's degree preferred; Will consider Sales Engineering experience in lieu of degree.
· 3- 5 years of b2b Sales Experience in technical sales, preferably packaging machinery sales.
· Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a clear and understandable
manner.
